I never said that Jonas "magically fixed his friends fertility" I said that he could have slept with her, or put a baby in her through science, that either is plausible with that character, and until the show explicitly tells us how it went down (which I have no doubt it will) we're both just speculating. Jackson and Doc have gotten more saavy about it, they're better writers, they understand their own world better and I truly think you were intentionally meant to assume what Jonas did, I think they're trying to zag us.

Jonas may not have killed his parents in order to create Rusty's arch, but a street kid with no money getting into a state university is not wrong but suspect, and it seems to me Jonas just saw an opportunity and took it. Rusty didn't want the family business, and I would not put it past Jonas to force him into it by destroying any life that it took. Jonas protects him from a distance, Jonas gets him into the same college as Rusty, and at some point Jonas is murdered, ruining whatever plan there was for him, IF that plan was anything other than turning him into Rusty's arch.
There was no plane crash, at least not with anyone (alive) aboard, Jonas killed them, or had them killed, put them in the plane, and ba-koom, dead parents.
